Shipping & Delivery

NWVI orders are processed before being handed to the shipping carrier. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Estimated delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method available at checkout. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Tracking

Please allow some time after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update. Carrier tracking may not display movement immediately after a label or tracking number is created.

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

Delays

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside NWVI’s control.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
